*** ATENTIE SPECIALA *** - Regulamentul nu este facut pentru a acorda vreun beneficiu absolut nimanui,acesta are rolul de a duce la buna desfasurare a jocului; - Adminii trebuie sa inteleaga ca sunt JUCATORI CU RESPONSABILITATI, niciun admin nu e mai presus fata de un jucator simplu si nici viceversa; - Evitati sa atrageti atentia in mod negativ; - La cererile de admin/slot -> Argumentati decizia (Exemplu: PRO pentru limbaj,activitate,etc... CONTRA - limbaj obscen,comportament neadecvat); - Nu aveti voie sa va urcati pe textura hartii; - Jocul este free in limita bunului simt! *************************************************************************************************************************************************** *Regulament Jucatori* 0. Adminii nu pot avea grade (in afara de vip/slot) pe alte SERVERE CS 1.6!!! Din propria noastra experienta, stim ca acest lucru aduce doar la conflicte si situatii urate... 1. Numele sau Limbajul vulgar/indecent/necorespunzator(caractere straine) nu este permis,acesta se sanctioneaza in functie de gravitate: * Nume vulgar -> Adminul are obligatia de a-i schimba numele jucatorului. * Daca jucatorul continua sa-si schimbe numele in unul vulgar,neadecvat - Ban 120 de minute * Standard -> Limbaj vulgar - 5 minute gag urmat de BAN 120 de minute daca respectiva persoana nu inceteaza * Extrem -> Injurii legate de mama,morti,familie ; Amenintari cu privire la viata reala -> Ban Permanent 2. Folosirea oricarui cod,hack,cheat, program sau modele (ESL models,cheat models)care creeaza avantaje fata de alti jucatori este strict interzisa -> Ban Permanent 3. Daca un jucator face reclama pe server prin intermediul chat-ului - Ban Permanent 4. Pentru ORICE discutie cu Adminii, in special reclamarea unui jucator, folositi comanda "Say_team @mesaj" . 5. Nu este permisa reconectarea imediata pe server(retry) in aceeasi runda in care ati murit si nici daca ati primit GAG -> Ban 120 de minute * Daca iesiti de pe server,asigurati-va ca intrati dupa expirarea GAG-ului. 6. Echipa T are OBLIGATIA de a pune BOMBA[ C4 ] in unul din locurile destinate(X-uri | Bombsite-uri). * Daca bomba este cazuta atunci teroristii au OBLIGATIA de a o ridica si de a o amorsa in bombsite|In aceasta situatie ESTE INTERZIS CAMP-UL * Cine nu va incerca sa amorseze bomba va primi (Slap/Slay) * In cazul in care bomba a fost pusa, teroristii au OBLIGATIA de a proteja zona in care se afla,in caz contrar ->Slay|Slayteam * EXCEPTIE* SLAY - cazul in care jucatorul nu are timp sa amorseze bomba 7. Pe hartile bycastor: * Este interzisa folosirea armelor din casa. * Este INTERZIS statul in pesteri/grote | Slay/Kick/Ban 60 de minute 8. Schimbarea sistematica a numelui = Slay/Kick/BAN 120 de minute 9. Jucatorii afk vor primi KICK doar in cazul in care server-ul este FULL 10. Aruncarea bombei in locuri inguste de unde nu se poate recupera - Slay 11. Nu folositi excesiv comanda "say" = Slay/Kick/Ban 120 de minute 12. Este interzisa divulgarea de detalii privind pozitia jucatorilor pe harta, viata lor ramasa etc ... -> Slay/Kick/BAN 120 de minute 13. Injuriile aduse la adresa adminilor sunt sanctionate in functie de gravitate,adminul luandu-si dreptul de a executa orice comanda pe care acesta o considera potrivita. 14. Este interzis sa va dati cu parerea la cererile de nume rezervat/admin sau cele de ban/unban daca nu faceti parte din staff,riscati warn/ban. 15. Este interzis rebuy-ul,sa cumperi prea multe he-uri si sa le folosesti,riscati:Slay/Kick/BAN 120 de minute 16. Rugam frumos pe cei ce joaca la echipa CT sa se abtina de la RUSH !!! *************************************************************************************************************************************************** *Regulament Admini* 1. Jignirea,Injuriile,Amenintarile,etc... SUNT STRICT INTERZISE,acestea fiind sanctionate in functie de gravitate -> Minus/Remove/Ban Permanent 2. Pastrati un limbaj decent pe chat. 3. Daca un coleg va jigneste/injura/ameninta,faceti poze si anuntati un Fondator * ATENTIE - Daca dvs. continuati si jigniti/injurati/amenintati,veti fi sanctionat de-asemenea. 4. Sub nicio forma nu veti debana jucatorii banati de alti admini -> Avertisment/Minus/Remove 5. Adminul care a dat ban-ul este in masura sa-l si scoata, niciun alt admin nu are dreptul de a debana jucatorul respectiv -> Minus/Remove * EXCEPTIE - Cei care detin gradul de Fondator sau Manager 6. Nu dati afara jucatori fara motiv sau din motive nejustificabile -> Avertisment/Minus/Remove 7. Este strict interzisa oferirea accesului unei alte persoane (indiferent ca e frate,sora,etc...) altfel riscati-> Remove 8. Nu folositi excesiv comenzile amx_say ; amx_csay ; amx_tsay . 9. Este interzisa intrarea pe server cu un alt nume inafara de cel pe care aveti adminul -> Avertisment/Minus/Remove 10. Sub nicio forma NU FOLOSITI CODURI sau orice alte mijloace menite sa va creeze avantaje in joc -> Remove & Ban permanent 11. Respectati adminii cu grade mai mari , ascultati sfaturile lor sau cerintele si daca ceva va nemultumeste contactati un Fondator 12. Odata ce un admin anunta pe amx_chat sau say_team @ ca se uita pe un jucator, este INTERZIS SA MAI EXECUTATI COMENZI PE ACEL JUCATOR -> Avertisment/Minus/Remove 13. NU AVETI VOIE SA VA BAGATI PESTE COMENZILE DATE DE UN ADMIN MAI MARE CA VOI IN GRAD . 14. Inainte de a da vot, adminul isi ia obligatia de a verifica hartile jucate anterior prin executarea comenzii /harti pentru a se asigura ca hartile pe care le va da la vot nu se afla in sirul celor 5 afisate de plugin. 15. Aveti oblgatia de a pastra demo-urile minim 3 zile pentru a va putea "apara" in cazul unei cereri de unban sau a unei reclamatii -> Avertisment/Minus/Remove 16. Daca aveti suspiciuni cu privire la corectitudinea jocului unui alt admin,inregistrati un demo si prezentati-l unui fondator.Este interzisa banarea intre admini Avertisment/Minus/Remove 17. Adminii NU au dreptul de a solicita verificarea aplicatiei Counter Strike prin wargods si este interzisa banarea doar pentru neacordarea scanarii.(Demo este Obligatoriu). 18. Daca fondatorii sau managerii serverului solicita verificarea aplicatiei Counter Strike prin wargods unui jucator care in trecut a fost scanat si depistat cu coduri (ex: aim, wall, vermilion) iar acesta refuza sa fie verificat va fi banat. 19. Rugam frumos pe cei ce joaca la echipa CT sa se abtina de la RUSH !!! *************************************************************************************************************************************************** * Cereti sfatul Adminilor atunci cand vreti sa dati un vot pentru harta,daca nu sunt admini pe server intrebati jucatorii ce doresc. Cine schimba harta dupa bunul plac va primi Avertisment/Minus/Remove ! * Se dau la vot 2 harti. * De la orele 00:00 pana la 17:00 se recomanda harta de_dust2 daca sv nu e full (20/22 playeri), in caz contrar se vor juca harti populare: de_inferno, de_aztec, de_dust , de_inferno2se, de_barcelona, de_c4, cs_assaut32, cs_assault_1337 ! * Cei care totusi doresc sa joace o harta diversa din cele specificate mai sus in acel interval, cu 10/15 minute inainte de a schimba harta, pot da un BOOST prin SMS la urmatorul link :" https://www.gametracker.rs/sms_boost/ " la IP-ul 45.123.40.22:27015 urmarind detallile care le cere platforma de BOOST. Costul BOOST-ului este de 1€ +TVA disponibil in mai multe tari (nu si din Italia sau UK). - Nu dati restart la runda, serverul isi da restart automat. - Timpul de rulare al unei harti este de 30 de minute. - Timpul unei runde este de 2 minute - Timpul de freeze este de minim 3 si maxim 5 secunde. - *EXCEPTIE* - mp_freezetime va fi setat pe 0 (amx_freezetime 0) pe hartile fy;awp;35hp,etc... - Votul se da in ultimele 10 minute de joc. - Harta se schimba in ultimele 5 minute de joc. - Cuvantul cheie este: "rambo" - Harta NU se schimba imediat dupa finalizarea votului,se mai lasa o runda iar apoi se schimba. +++++ *COMENZI UTILE*+++++ amx_timelimit 0 sau 30 - pentru a pune timpul hartii amx_freezetime 0 sau 3 - pentru a scoate timpul de asteptare in baza pe hartile de awp,fy,he... amx_svrestart 1 - pentru a reseta rundele amx_unban (si iesi din consola) - pentru a scoate un ban din banlist /maps sau numele hartii in chat, de_aztec - pentru a alege o harta la nominalizare vot automat Daca s-au jucat multe runde, exemplu noaptea si vreti sa schimbati harta, NU puneti timpul pe 30 ci dati un vot manual si ACEEPTATI REZULTATUL, harta se schimba la sfarsit de runda si automat pe noua harta timul este pe 30! *************************************************************************************************************************************************** ATENTIE!!! TOTI ADMINII CARE NU S-AU PREZENTAT LA SEDINTElE ORGANIZATE PE TS TREBUIE SA SE INFORMEZE DESPRE CE S-A DISCUTAT SI CE DECIZII S-AU LUAT !!! **** SPECIAL ATENTION*** - The regulation is not made to grant any absolute benefit to anyone, it has the role of leading to the smooth development of the game; - Admins must understand that they are PLAYERS WITH RESPONSIBILITIES, no admin is above a simple player and not vice versa; - Avoid drawing attention in a negative way; - For admin/slot requests -> Argue the decision (Example: PRO for language, activity, etc... Admins cannot have ranks (except vip/slot) on other CS 1.6 SERVERS!!! From our own experience, we know that this only leads to conflicts and ugly situations... 1. The name or vulgar/indecent/inappropriate language (foreign characters) is not allowed, it is sanctioned depending on the severity: * Vulgar name -> The admin has the obligation to change the player's name. * If the player continues to change his name to a vulgar, inappropriate one - Ban 120 minutes * Standard -> Vulgar language - 5 minute gag followed by BAN 120 minutes if the respective person does not stop * Extreme -> Insults related to mother, dead, family; Real life threats -> Permanent Ban 2. If a player advertises on the server through the chat - Permanent Ban 4. For ANY discussion with the Admins, especially complaining about a player, use the "Say_team @mesaj" command. 5. It is not allowed to immediately reconnect to the server (retry) in the same round in which you died, even if you received GAG -> Ban 120 minutes * If you exit the server, make sure you enter after the GAG expires. 6. Team T has the OBLIGATION to put the BOMB [ C4 ] in one of the intended places (X's | Bombsites). * If the bomb is dropped, then the terrorists have the OBLIGATION to pick it up and detonate it in the bombsite|In this situation THE FIELD IS PROHIBITED * Whoever does not try to prime the bomb will receive (Slap/Slay) * If the bomb was planted, the terrorists have an OBLIGATION to protect the area where they are, otherwise ->Slay|Slayteam * EXCEPTION* SLAY - the case when the player does not have time to prime the bomb 7. On bycastor maps: * The use of weapons in the house is prohibited. * It is FORBIDDEN to stay in caves/grottoes Slay/Kick/Ban 60 minutes 8.
